Not just another connector that reads stuff

Our co-founder Vincent has experimented with quite a few AI connectors.

And one frustration kept coming back: many integrations let AI retrieve information but don't actually let it do much with it.

We wanted to go further.

The Cyberjuice connector is built using MCP (Model Context Protocol), which allows AI assistants to interact with external applications.

And we've designed it to cover the functionality available through the Cyberjuice platform, rather than limiting it to a few basic queries.

That means Claude can support actual compliance workflows, not just answer questions about them.

The difference between "Here's your policy" and "Let's work on your policy" is surprisingly big.

But what about security? 🔐

Excellent question.

We are a cybersecurity company, after all. It would be a little embarrassing to launch an AI connector without thinking about access control.

So we've built security into the integration from the start.

1. Your company chooses whether to enable it

The connector is switched off by default. An organization administrator must explicitly enable it.

2. You choose the access level

Want Claude to answer questions without changing anything? Choose read-only access.

Want it to help manage your compliance work? Enable full access.

3. Your existing user permissions still apply

Connecting Claude doesn't give people new privileges.

For example, an auditor with read-only permissions remains read-only, even when the organization has enabled full connector access.

4. There's an audit trail

Cyberjuice records which user accessed the platform through Claude and which tools or actions were executed.

That gives administrators visibility into how the integration is being used, without needing to record the actual conversation prompts.

Because useful AI and responsible security should go together.

AI is powerful. Structure still matters.

Here's something interesting that came up when Bodil and Vincent were discussing the new connector.

AI tools are becoming incredibly flexible. They can analyze information, automate tasks, and connect applications in ways that weren't practical just a few years ago.

But flexibility has a downside.

You still need to know what you're doing.

And when it comes to cybersecurity compliance, knowing what to do, when to do it, and how to document it properly is half the challenge.
