This is not a technical challenge, we help you choose a goal that matches you skill level and we help you get there in tiny steps.
Day one.
May 15, 3 pm CEST on Zoom
Goal-Setting and personal hero strategy - Identify areas where you can improve your cybersecurity practices. Choose your one high-impact goal to tackle first, for example, "I will educate myself on the latest cybersecurity threats and share my knowledge with my coworkers". And learn about the four hero strategies and how to use them to get above the action line.

May 16, 3 pm CEST on Zoom
Tiny Habits Practice - Get our full framework that allows you to implement and troubleshoot cybersecurity habits with fun and ease. Choose one high-impact tiny habit that aligns with your chosen goal and spend just 2 minutes practicing your new habit. Use the hero strategies that work best for your tendency to establish the habit. Craft your hero statement aka personal security declaration. And get your dash of dopamin!

Reflection and Planning - Reflect on your progress and plan how you will continue to improve your personal cybersecurity habits going forward. Join "The 20 Minute Cybersecurity Guild" to get ongoing coaching and support.

Hi there! I'm Bodil, and I'm thrilled to be your instructor for the Tiny Habits for Cybersecurity Success Challenge. I'm a certified coach with over 15 years of experience in agile software development and as a CTO in startups. I also hold a PhD in mathematics and computer science, so you can trust that I know my stuff.
